SpinOlution Presents Spin Her Free
SPIN HER FREE IS THE FIBER ARTISTS FUNDRAISING EVENT TO FIGHT SEX TRAFFICKING.
In 2019 we raised money to help rescue girls from sex trafficking thru Agape International Missions in Cambodia. The hand spinning community shared photos of their yarns with #spinherfree on social media to raise awareness. Over $9000 was raised in January 2020 to help rescue girls as young as 5 from sex trafficking.
We are returning to AIM to fundraise in January 2022. January is sex trafficking awareness month. Donate to this page and spin yarn (or weave, knit, crochet). Use the hashtag #spinherfree to promote this worthy cause on Social Media.
If our fundraising goal of $5000 is met by 2/1/2022, one of the donors to the event will be drawn at random in February 2022 and win a SpinOlution Pollywog Spinning wheel.
